In fact, both my husband and I love juicing beets and this recipe is one of my husband’s favorites. I just made it for him this morning. It used to be one of my favorites too, until I found out about my apple allergy. Now I swap apples for pears or pineapple.
If you’re new to juicing beets, you might find the taste to be too earthy for you. In that case, use only half a beet. That should do the trick.

Apple
1 medium
Lime
1 wedge
Ginger
1 thumb-size piece
