Green juices, made with leafy greens and other green vegetables, are the healthiest juices.
However, I like to put fruit in all of my juices to sweeten them up a bit. In this juice, I am using pineapple. Their sweet flavor complements the vegetable juice perfectly, and pineapples are a great source of vitamin C, B6, and manganese.

Spinach
1 handful
Cucumber
1 medium
Celery
4 sticks
Ginger
1 thumb-size piece
