Celery has been all the rage lately and with good reason, as it’s packed with antioxidants and vitamins that help fight off a myriad of diseases. And kale is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on this planet, rich in calcium, iron, and vitamins A, K, and C.
I’ve added just a bit of lemon and ginger to enhance the taste and pack in more health benefits. And I’ve thrown in the pears for sweetness and soluble fiber. Enjoy!
