My two favorite spices to add to juices are fresh ginger and turmeric. In this recipe, I am using turmeric. Some of the health benefits of turmeric are reducing inflammation in the body and improving arthritis symptoms. Turmeric helps lower LDL cholesterol and regulates blood pressure.
If you are not used to adding spices to your juices, I suggest making this juice recipe with just a small piece of turmeric. Once you get used to the taste, you can start adding more.
Beet

Cucumber
1 medium
Carrots
7 medium
Apples
2 fruit
Turmeric
3 thumb-size piece
Notes:
